Holistic Solutions are computer professionals with a wide range of Project Management and technical skills. Our strengths lie in being able to deal with users on a one-to-one or one-to-many basis, managing people, resources and objectives.

We have liaised with all levels of staff and management, from the most junior to directors of FTSE 100 companies. We have written technical documents aimed at both technically aware and new users. We have also written for the computer press. 

Our NT Server skills have been gained from installing and repairing servers on client sites, using TCP/IP and IPX/SPX protocols. These have been linked to NT Workstation (2000, 4 & 3.51) and Windows 3.11, '95 & 98 client PC's. 

We have linked together the machines to share resources and Mail. We have also installed, recovered, specified, migrated and configured MS Exchange 5.5 servers and Exchange and Outlook clients. One of our major skills with Exchange is disaster recovery.  We have successfully recovered crashed Exchange servers for a number of major clients and have been consulted as a "last resort" when other suppliers have failed.

The rise in popularity of ADSL has led to us providing methods to allow customers to use multiple computers to access the Internet via a network.  We have provided both wired and wireless solutions for businesses and home use.

Additional projects have involved the specifying and commissioning of Windows & Citrix servers and migration of data to NT from other platforms including Netware.

Our financial experience comes from supporting Synergy 7, a client/server ledger / SOP / POP / Stock product running under Microsoft SQL Server 6.0, on NT. We have had to use SQL on a number of occasions to overcome problems.
